CUTTLEFISH WITH PEAS - HOMEMADE



INGREDIENT ( 4 persons  )

1-2 cuttlefish (depends of the size)
1 large onion
400 g peas
1 teaspoon concentrate tomato paste
salt
 1/2 hot pepper
 olive oil


METHOD

 1.Chop the onion finely and fry it in a little olive oil.
 2.Add cuttlefish  cut into pieces of suitable size (neither too small nor too large).And allow a few minutes to evaporate water
 3.Add concentrato of tomato paste ,hot pepper and a  water and let it boil.
 4.When you reach the half boiled add peas and let it boil finish.
