This fruit is a great source of food-digesting enzymes and a quick fun way to serve papaya to fussy eaters is in the form of a shake.


250 gms Papaya (cleaned and diced) 
4  tbsp sugar or honey to taste 
Milk (as needed for desired consistency)
ice cub 


 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder or vainilla ice cream your choise 


 Peel, deseed, cube and puree papaya in a blender with the sugar. 
 Add milk and ice cubes and blend well till liquidised. 

Topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or black pepper is your choice
